What is public knowledge is that Mark D. Yates was born in 1957 just 2 miles from the city centre of Liverpool, North West England. The son of a British Army physical training instructor. Mark was recorded as working his apprenticeship on secretive British construction contracts including Soviet naval tracking bases. He next came to attention as an armed bodyguard to Dutch and German construction agents in Central Europe.

Many of these agencies hired tens of thousands of foreign workers on a cash for hire-no questions asked basis. In reprisal the Mafia executed a Police Colonel in charge of one of the Anti Mafia Task Force Units. The Colonel’s wife and two young sons were also executed. After the death contract was issued, Dr. Mark D. Yates is known to have survived two bomb attacks, a grenade attack and several shootouts before leaving the former Soviet Union.
